The Department of Customer Service & Support (CS&S) provides tier 1 and 2 technology service and support for technology users of Gwinnett County Public Schools.  Through our Call Center, Dispatch Services, and Onsite Technicians, CS&S provides computer hardware, network, and application support services which supports our district's vision of becoming a system of world-class schools.  The Customer Service and Support Team consists of approximately 140 employees and consultants, and has maintained a 98% Customer Satisfaction Rating for the past three years.
