The Department of Customer Service & Support(CS&S) provides service and support for technology users of Gwinnett County Public Schools.  Through the Call Center, Parts, Courier Services, Onsite Technicians, and R&D, CS&S provides computer hardware, network, and application support services which supports our district's vision of becoming a system of world-class schools.  The Customer Service and Support Team consists of approximately 180 employees and consultants and has maintained a 98% Customer Satisfaction Rating for the past three years.
