Kristin Willliams-Luthi, a Harbins Elementary School teacher, has been selected to take part in the first cohort of the US LEGO Education Master Educator program. Williams-Luthi is one of only 110 selected for the program which is designed for educators in early learning through secondary school who currently use LEGO hands-on learning solutions in their classroom. The selected participants will have access to like-minded educators, insider news of special LEGO Education offers and events and recognition. They will also be invited to provide feedback on LEGO hands-on learning solutions and programs.
LEGO Education says Williams-Luthi was selected because she and her classmates embody the LEGO Education mission of enabling success for all students through hands-on learning experiences.
Program applications for US educators are currently closed but will open again in January 2019 for the next cohort that will be announced in June 2019. Master Educators serve as volunteer ambassadors of LEGO Education and do not receive monetary compensation for their participation in the program.
