Board approves new leaders for middle schools
Principals named for Radloff MS and Shiloh MS
April 12, 2018
At its March Budget Worksession on Saturday, March 24, the Gwinnett County Board of Education named leaders for two middle schools. Dr. Tereka R. Williams, the associate principal at South Gwinnett High School, will be the principal of Shiloh Middle School. She will transition to the position as the school’s current principal, Dr. Eli Welch, becomes an assistant principal at Dacula High School. The Board also tapped Ms. Chekquita M. Johnson, an assistant principal at Sweetwater Middle School, to lead Radloff Middle School. She will succeed Dr. Sarah Skinner, who is transferring to an assistant principal role at Trickum Middle School. Although these appointments are effective immediately, Drs. Welch and Skinner will help the new leaders as they transition to the principal role. Both Welch and Skinner are moving to assistant principal posts, citing personal and family reasons.
