Gwinnett County Public Schools and its 132 schools and support facilities serve nearly 165,000 students. Gwinnett schools are safe, attractive and energy-efficient. The district and community work hard to ensure they are well-equipped and well-maintained, providing an environment where teaching and learning thrive. In fact, one of our district's Strategic Priorities is to ensure GCPS facilities effectively serve students, ensuring the district looks beyond today's classroom to provide learning environments for tomorrow's students.
Attendance zones are determined by geographical zones, called clusters. Within each cluster, there are three to six elementary schools, one or two middle schools, and one high school. In addition, GCPS has several schools that serve specific populations of students (special needs, pre-K, students on long-term suspension), as well as four charter schools. Not sure which school your child will attend? Call the Planning Department at 678-301-7085.
