Digital Learner Support and Parent Resources
This resource provides student-facing videos and quick guides for parents.
In partnership with the Gwinnett County Public Library (GCPL), GCPS provides Tutor.com as an online tutoring resource for students. Live tutoring support is available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition, students can receive study skills coaching and “drop-off support,” 24-7, by uploading a document for tutor feedback that will be reviewed and returned at a later time.
In the Student Portal, you can access your eCLASS course pages, the Online Research Library, the Media Catalog, additional resources such as G Suite for Education, Classworks, Safari Montage; as well as your digital textbooks and Gizmos.
Plus, in StudentVUE, students can access Messages, Calendar, Attendance, Schedule, Course History, Course Request, Grade Book, Student Info, and Documents. On the Class Schedule tab, you’ll find your classes and teachers. The Grade Book tab shows you your classes and grade averages for the grading period. And with the Detailed Grade Book tab, you can drill down into any class to see a detailed view of current and future
assignments, including missing work.
Schoolnet is the computer application that GCPS uses to administer a variety of classroom and district tests. Click here for a guide to help your student troubleshoot issues that may arise while attempting to complete a test in Schoolnet.
Using their Branch Out account from the Gwinnett Public Library, many popular titles are available in print and ebook. Users may put a book on hold for future viewing. Other public library resources available include research databases, magazines and audiobooks.
