The 3rd Annual Brookwood Cluster Schools’ Maker Faire will take place on Saturday, February 9, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Brookwood High School. The event provides students, parents, and community members the opportunity to engage with more than 40 exhibits and hands-on interactive activities, including drone races, virtual reality experiences, 3D printing, CO2 car races, and arts and crafts to name a few.
The exhibits and activities are led by students and staff members from the cluster’s seven schools— Brookwood High, Crews Middle, Five Forks Middle, Brookwood Elementary, Craig Elementary, Gwin Oaks Elementary, and Head Elementary. The Maker Faire will be a celebration of creative and innovative science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) activities. The event is free and open to the public.
